About the role
Office BoyWe are seeking an efficient and organized Office Boy to join our team in Ar-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring a smooth work environment for all staff members.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including meeting rooms and common areas
Assist with mail distribution, document filing, and basic administrative tasks
Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors
Run errands and perform courier duties as needed
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
Assist with inventory management of office supplies
Support staff members with various administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure adherence to office safety and security protocols
Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and efficient work environment
Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving items
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of basic office equipment operation
Understanding of office safety and security protocols
Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
