- Coordinate clinical trials from study planning through ongoing trial activities
- Review study requirements and help develop timelines, workflows, and trial plans
- Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits
- Complete case report forms and maintain accurate source documentation
- Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies from receipt through return
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time
- Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation
- Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams
- Help troubleshoot operational issues and keep studies moving according to protocol
