As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will help create a welcoming first impression for Guests by managing incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, supporting Thunder staff, and contributing to smooth daily office operations.In this role you will:Answer incoming phone calls, greet office Guests, respond to inquiries with accurate information, and direct callers and visitors to the appropriate individualsManage and respond to incoming messages through live chat and Fan Assist, our real-time digital assistant that helps fans with a variety of inquiries, during regular office hours and on Thunder game nightsWelcome approved vendors, manage deliveries, and direct vendors and deliveries to the appropriate office locationsRespond to fan pack requests and coordinate their distributionProvide administrative and logistical support to the Guest Experience departmentSupport Thunder staff with general office needs and inquiriesAssist visitors with picking up tickets and other items left for them by Thunder employeesManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesWork occasional Thunder game nights as scheduledMaintain, organize, and restock lobby common areasUpdate the Thunder voicemail as neededProvide break coverage at the ground-floor lobby security deskPerform other duties as assignedWhat you'll bring to the role:Minimum one year of reception or administrative support, or a related area preferredStrong guest service and professional phone communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to take accurate notes and use a keyboard efficientlyAttention to detail and demonstrated ability to complete work accurately and on timeAbility to address concerns and complaints efficiently, professionally, and respectfullyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build effective working relationships, listen actively, collaborate, and contribute to team discussionsBi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plusAdditional details:This is a full-time entry level position reporting to the Director, Guest Experience. Schedule will include Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. with some evening or weekend shifts during games.
