Hub Spot Marketing Specialist/Manager Location: Houston, TXKey Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Hub Spot CRM for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion tracking Create and execute inbound marketing campaigns using Hub Spot's marketing automation tools Design and implement email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models Develop landing pages, forms, and CTAs using Hub Spot's content management system Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness Manage social media integration and social publishing through Hub Spot Create and optimize SEO content strategy using Hub Spot's SEO tools Set up and maintain marketing attribution reporting and dashboard creation Required Skills:3-5 years experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub (certification preferred)Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodology Proficiency in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, Google Analytics, social platforms)Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making Preferred Qualifications:Hub Spot Marketing Software Certification Experience with content marketing and blogging Knowledge of buyer persona development and customer journey mapping
