Public Health Consultant-E (Public Health Training Consultant)The position serves as a professional consultant to state and local public health officials and other population health care providers in the review, analysis, and development of programs and training services related to public health HIV/STI care and prevention for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Bureau of HIV and STI Programs (BHSP). This position provides support and professional development opportunities for internal and external stakeholders and facilitates the provision of resource development supporting the Ryan White Program, HIV Prevention Program, and other sexual health programs provided through BHSP. Development and training activities are guided by best practices, current data/research, and adult learning theory.
