About the role

Product Engineer, Series A AI Healthcare Start-Up (Full-Stack) New York CityI’m working with an AI-native healthcare start-up in Flatiron that runs its own medical practice. Licensed physicians, supported by AI tooling the team builds in-house, answer patients in under three minutes on average. They’re backed by two tier-one VCs, grew revenue 5x last year, and have a national pharmacy partner rolling them out to all 50 states. They’re growing the engineering team and are hiring several Product Engineers to own whole areas of the product end to end.
The Role: You’ll build net new features for two products: the patient app on web and mobile, and the AI tooling their physicians use every day. One engineer owns an area across front end, back end, data and infrastructure, so you’ll take things from idea to production. Typical work includes:
  • Building patient-facing features on web and mobile to drive engagement and retention
  • Scaling backend infrastructure with a focus on stability and data integrity
  • Integrating AI into the physician platform to make doctors faster and more capable
  • Building integrations with large enterprise clients, including EMR, claims data and health records
  • Helping shape the product and engineering culture as the team grows

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
