Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Jacksonville, FL Shift Hours Flex – 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must support EST meetings)Conversion: Yes – based on performance and budget Interviews: 1-hour Teams with manager and a lead on the team (panel)Job Description: The Lead Developer is responsible for overseeing the analysis, programming, and configuration of IT Systems Software. This job develops complex software components and advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. While working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities. Key Responsibilities and Duties:Monitors development work to ensure resulting software meets established goals. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals. Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System. Oversees the configuration, customization, diagnoses, and enhancements for operating systems software. Designs, codes and develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standards. Performs detailed design and code reviews and addresses findings: Feature enhancements, technical debt reduction, API development, platform support. Required Experience:5-8+ years development experience Experience supporting mission critical applications Agile/Scrum experience Technical Skills Java Spring Boot and/or. NET Core React, Angular, or modern UI frameworkSQL developmentAPI development Microservices Open Shift Azure or AWS exposure Git, Jenkins Preferred Banking Experience Deposit systems Account opening Customer onboarding Product setup and maintenance Rates and pricing engines Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience: 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
