Position Summary:
Are you ready to join the 4 Rivers Equipment dream team? We’re on a mission to keep our customers’ equipment running like a charm, and we need highly skilled, self-motivated, and efficient Service Technicians to make it happen!
Your Epic Duties:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of heavy equipment. Engine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valves and pump wizardry, and transmission repairs are all in a day’s work! Remove, disassemble, clean, repair, recondition, assemble components or parts. Keep meticulous records of equipment hours, serial numbers, complaints, causes, and corrections. Be a mentor and guide for other technicians and apprentice technicians. Attend company sponsored training to level up your skills, knowledge, and expertise. Keep our service trucks and all company assets in top-notch shape. Always put safety first – whether you’re operating power tools, lifts, welders, or cranes. Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED John Deere experience preferred but not required Vocation or technical degree, or equivalent work experience or training Strong communication skills and self-motivated spirit 4 Rivers Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
