Data Entry Specialist
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Hours: Flexible shifts, typically 2040 hours per week
Work Setting: Remote or office-based, depending on position
Responsibilities: Enter and update information accurately in databases and spreadsheets. Review records for errors, missing information, or duplicates. Organize and maintain digital files and documents. Verify data against source documents. Follow company procedures for data privacy and accuracy. Complete assigned tasks within daily or weekly deadlines. Communicate with team members when information needs clarification.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and typing skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Good written communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous data-entry experience is helpful but may not be required.
