Job Description
Location: Hanover Park, IL
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM until completion of work (8-12 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $24.67 per hour
We are currently hiring Case Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. If you have previous warehouse experience and enjoy working in a physically active environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities: Pick customer orders accurately using:
- Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
- Mid-Rider Pallet JacksStand-Up Forklifts
- Build and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily performance expectations.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Work in multiple temperature-controlled environments, including:
- Dry/Ambient warehouse
- Cooler (36°ree;-37°ree; F)
- Freezer (-10°ree; F)
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience required.
Previous experience working in a cold environment.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Must pass:
E-VerifyPre-employment drug screen
Background check
Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts as needed.
Comfortable working in varying temperature environments.
Composite-toe boots are required.
EPJ, Stand-up forklift and RF Scanners previous experience is a MUST.The employer provides freezer gear, gloves, and face masks.
Qualified candidates must submit a resume and complete an onsite walkthrough after resume approval. Walkthroughs are held between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM so candidates can observe the 2nd shift workflow before receiving an offer.
