This role is pivotal in leading a global team of specialist sales professionals, with a focus on driving the go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenue growth within the Collaboration Protection portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales organization, creating a culture of accountability and operational excellence, and ensuring the team is equipped to bring advanced technologies to market. Key responsibilities include owning the global go-to-market strategy, aligning with core sales leadership, and playing a hands-on role in major deals. The role also involves cross-functional alignment, particularly with marketing, product, and sales engineering, to support the adoption of new technologies and enhance customer success. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong background in security solutions and a deep understanding of security technologies and industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, business acumen, and a hands-on approach to driving outbound sales activities. Communication excellence, demand generation experience, and the ability to build strategic customer relationships are also essential. The role requires a leader who is adept at operating in a matrixed organizational environment, is data-driven, and can effectively collaborate across functions to influence outcomes.
