About the role

Pave Talent and our client are seeking a hands-on Controller to run day-to-day accounting in San Diego. You will own the close, payroll, and reporting while leading four direct reports across accounting, payroll, AR and AP. The role requires 8+ years in accounting, a BA/BS in accounting or finance, multi-state payroll experience, and active ownership of the close. On-site five days a week in San Diego with a base of $150k–$170k and up to 10% bonus.
