A Maintenance Technician is generally responsible formaintaining and repairingindustrial equipment at the facility. May use welding, plumbing, and or mechanical skills toperform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs. The Maintenance Technician will be assigned workat the direction of the supervisor or Manager, with other team members on an assigned shift. Communicate with Breaker, Refining, Maintenance, QA/lab, and other departments to insure continual process. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, and hydraulic systems. Install, maintain and repair all piping in the facility. Install, maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges and meters in facility. Weld and repair all metal units in facility. Fabricate equipment and parts.QualificationsHigh degree of welding experience and mechanical aptitude. Ability to organize and plan workflow. Good written and oral communication skills. Computer skills.
