product engineering roles
Build high-quality outbound sourcing pipelines targeting top technical talent from
AI labs, quant firms, and high-growth startups
Partner directly with founders on hiring strategy, role calibration, interview design,
and closing
Create a high-touch, fast-moving candidate experience that reflects AfterQuery's
talent bar and culture
Build the foundation of the recruiting function - systems, workflows, templates,
and talent market maps
