About the role
To enhance personnel capacities in intercultural communication, the part-time Language Teacher - Arabic will deliver online Modern Standard Arabic courses, perform placement tests, and provide progress reports while maintaining course materials and schedules.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver online group and individual language courses in Modern Standard Arabic, ensuring comprehensive skill development
Conduct placement tests to assess students' language proficiency levels
Maintain updated class folders with syllabi, lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field from a recognized institution
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an international environment
Working knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic (level C) and intermediate English (level B)
Experience in delivering courses that comply with the Arabic Language Proficiency Test (ALPT)
Demonstrated ability to create and present course syllabi for various proficiency levels
