About the role
Supporting a highly visible global technology program, the full-time remote Global Communications Systems Engineer will coordinate the rollout and ongoing development of customer-facing communications technology, specifically the NICE CXone contact center platform, while collaborating with various teams across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate with local service and commercial teams to deliver contact center rollouts and provide post-launch support
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop, configure, and enhance NICE CXone features
Create standard operating procedures, training materials, and reports to improve productivity and user experience
Required qualifications:
Hands-on experience with contact center platforms or software development
Working knowledge of telephony technologies, including PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP
Experience integrating contact center platforms with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or a related technical field
Advanced to fluent written and spoken English for technical and business communication
