About the role
Client Associate typical duties: Asset MovementACAT/non-ACAT transfersACHJournal requests Fed wires (Domestic and International)Establish on demand and periodic contributions/distributions New Account Opening and Maintenance Account opening/closing Account maintenance: Client information updates Restriction removal Advisory account updates Adding POA, TPAI, and other associated persons Trust updates Statement linking, etc. Online access account linking/de-linking Document verification General Services Send mail to clients: forms, account documents, (can be sent via Fed Ex, or USPS if you provide branded envelopes for us – all mail must return to your practice)Send secure emails to clients Prepare and send e-sign (Docu Sign) documents Client Forms preparation Prepare reports and meeting materials Servicing and support for existing annuity contracts Estate processing/Death claims - document processing, new account opening, executor/bene contact, asset movement, closing of estate Document verificatione Money data entry Client contact/follow up at the Financial Advisor’s discretion Trading and trade related activities:including mutual fund conversions, trade corrections, dividend reinvestment, mutual fund breakpoints, etc. Check deposits Initial client contact for prospects and data gathering for new clients Review and respond to daily Action Items (example: preview missed distributions)Receive mail from clients (all mail, especially checks, must be returned to practice)General office administrative tasks (i.e. ordering office supplies, booking client meetings)Incentives Work from Home when needed PTO Flexibility 401k/Medical/
