Principal Program Manager, Brand Innovation & CommercializationThe Sage Groups' Client is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead interconnected initiatives that will shape the future of its consumer business. The role spans consumer portfolio and experience transformation, creation of a new value-oriented consumer brand positioned independently from our client, and commercialization of five to six products under the new brand. The Program Manager will spend time across these major workstreams, serving as the central point of coordination from strategy through market launch. Success requires disciplined program leadership, cross-functional influence, consumer brand development experience, and the ability to manage complex global work through Adobe Workfront.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Architecture & Consumer Experience TransformationNew Brand Development & LaunchPackaging Design, Product Commercialization & Launch ReadinessProgram Governance & Cross-Functional LeadershipMust-Have Qualifications8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Commercialization, New Product Introduction (NPI), or related disciplines.Hands-on Adobe Workfront experience managing work intake, workflows, approvals, resource planning, reporting, governance, and execution.Proven experience launching a consumer-facing brand, including brand strategy, positioning, identity development, and market introduction.Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through launch.Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with executive visibility.Experience managing agencies, design firms, research partners, and other external vendors.Strong program planning, budget, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience developing executive presentations, governance reviews, status reporting, and decision frameworks.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.Proven ability to drive alignment and influence teams without direct authority.What Success Looks LikeAdvance portfolio and consumer experience transformation from research and design through launch readiness.Establish the strategy, identity, governance, and operating foundation for the new value-oriented brand.Drive coordinated, on-time commercialization of five to six new products across retail and ecommerce channels.Improve visibility, accountability, decision velocity, and execution discipline across functions and partners.Build scalable processes that support continued brand, portfolio, and product : Milpitas, California (Hybrid Preferred) Duration: 12-month contract with potential conversion to full-time employment Pay: $90.00/hour – $100.00/hour
