About the role

Help iLevelUP deliver accessible virtual workshops, information sessions, volunteer orientations, and community events for underserved youth and young people. We are seeking Event Support Volunteers to assist with planning, registration, technology, participant communication, accessibility, logistics, moderation, and follow-up.
Responsibilities: Support event timelines, checklists, registration, reminders, materials, and run-of-show documents Help configure approved virtual meeting, webinar, captioning, polling, and presentation tools Welcome participants, monitor chat, route questions, and assist with basic technical issues Support accessibility, interpretation, captions, privacy, consent, and recording procedures Track attendance and feedback through approved systems Escalate safety, wellbeing, harassment, or technical incidents to event leadership Organize files, follow-up messages, and post-event notes Collaborate with facilitators, outreach, content, support, and program teams Qualifications: Strong organization, communication, calm problem-solving, and reliability Comfort with virtual-event or meeting technology Ability to follow run-of-show, privacy, moderation, and escalation procedures Willingness to complete screening and youth-safeguarding orientation for participant-facing events Event, customer-service, accessibility, education, or technical-support experience is helpful This is a remote, recurring project-based role available within the United States.
