As the AZ HR Mobility Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient relocation process for our employees. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end relocation services, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing policies to facilitate a positive experience for employees on assignment, both overseas and US domestic transitioning to new locations.Key ResponsibilitiesRelocation Policy and Process DevelopmentConsultation and SupportVendor ManagementCoordination and LogisticsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field2+ years in professional fields, in HR or large scale of business processProven experience in HR, with a focus on relocation managementExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsNegotiation skills and experience in vendor managementProficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.Other RequirementsMust be fluent in English, and knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus.Work Location: Phoenix, AZTraining Location: Phoenix, AZTravel: Minimal
