About the role
Tricentis seeks a Director of Deal Desk in Austin, TX to lead our enterprise deal support function. You will own end-to-end deal structuring, pricing approvals, discount governance, and commercial terms across multi-product opportunities. Build scalable processes with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to accelerate deals while maintaining financial rigor. You will mentor a global team, drive KPI/SLA improvements, and partner with Product and Finance to evolve pricing motions and SKU governance.
