About the role

Demandbase is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager based in the United States to partner with our Engineering finance team. You will own forecasting, headcount planning, and spend analysis for Engineering while supporting corporate FP&A processes including budgeting and long-range planning. You will develop product-level P&Ls, monitor operating metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Strong cross-functional collaboration and SaaS modeling experience are essential.
