About the role

Job Duties: Provide direction, oversight, and evaluation of strategic workforce management programs. Plan, direct, and execute all facets of library program operations, providing for the specialized information needs of engineers, scientists, attorneys, and other professionals. Manage the Leadership Development Program (LDP) interpreting and applying policies and regulations regarding civilian leadership development, and designs a curriculum around the leadership competencies. Provide direction, oversight, and evaluation of talent acquisition program management. Manage personally or through program lead and employees, the planning, execution, and improvement of talent acquisition plans and operations. Provide management oversight of the training program, including PROSPECT, mandatory training, supervisors development courses and leadership development program. Ensure the efficient, effective, and economical management of all official records in compliance with Department of the Army, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and other federal regulations. Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage assigned support office activities through direct supervision of technical and administrative personnel. Responsible for the funds control, oversight, and financial reporting activities of the recruitment, awards, and MSO budget through interaction with program office personnel and management to formulate the budget to support the Mission Support Office Maintain liaison with JTFC and national enterprise organizations, Air Force, Army civilian leaders, HQ USACE, etc., programs providing support, training management, human resources, and talent acquisition to determine program effectiveness.
