About the role
Inside Sales RepresentativeInside Sales Reps are the key contact for our customers when making rentals. ISRs communicate with customers to identify needs, collect deposits and payments, schedule rentals and complete contracts. ISRs also assist with making the showroom presentable and clean, as well as assisting other staff in the yard and the shop. If you are excited to help customers find the right tool for the job, this can be a great position for you.Duties:Works heavily on the phone with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needsResponsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination effortsSupporting our customers by opening and closing rental contractsCoordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-upsFirst line of support for excellent customer serviceUnderstand and inquire with customers about their projects to meet their needsSupport other staff in the showroom and in the yard as neededKnowledge/Skills/Abilities You May Rely On:Impeccable customer serviceStrong communication and organization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and other business softwareAbility to juggle competing priorities with strong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service minded, strong administrative, people oriented professionalRequirements:Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in a construction or equipment-related environmentQualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer serviceHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordWhat A Tool Shed Offers:We train on the job!Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan, and benefits plan including medical, dental, & 401K.Pay: $18 - 22 per hour, plus commission, DOE
