Associate Design Director – Interiors Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture is required. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 12 years preferred. Experience leading hospitality, multifamily, luxury residential, or mixed-use projects. NCIDQ certification or Registered Architect (RA) license is preferred. Proficiency in Revit and strong BIM management experience is essential. Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of design and construction. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
