Multifamily Construction Project Manager Fort Lauderdale, FLUp to $150,000 DOEWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities: Manage multifamily construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and overall delivery. Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Oversee contracts, procurement, cost control, and project financials. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building code requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements: 5–7+ years of construction project management experience. Multifamily construction experience required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
