The Senior Vice President (SVP), Integrated Marketing & Consumer Tech will provide unified leadership across our agency, steering the strategic growth of the Integrated Marketing practice while simultaneously driving high-impact success across our consumer technology portfolio. Reporting to agency leadership, you will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, using data-driven strategies and innovative marketing solutions to solve complex business challenges, win new business, and deliver measurable ROI across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels. Integrated Growth & Business Development Practice Expansion: Define and execute the strategic vision for Source Code's Integrated Marketing practice, expanding and evolving our capabilities across paid media, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO, website strategy, analytics, creative services, AI enabled marketing, marketing automation, and emerging search disciplines. Continuously identify opportunities to develop new services and strengthen the agency's market Expansion: Drive significant organic growth by successfully cross-selling specialized services like SEO, influencer marketing, and performance analytics to existing clients. Maximize revenue generation across integrated marketing and consumer tech business lines. New Business Pipeline: Actively build Source Code's brand awareness through networking and industry events to drive and convert the new business pipeline. Lead integrated marketing and consumer tech strategy for new business opportunities by partnering with agency leadership to develop compelling, insight driven solutions, lead integrated pitches, and win complex, multi channel engagements that drive long term growth. Organic Upselling: Partner with client leaders across all portfolios to identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Develop strategic recommendations that increase client value, deepen partnerships, and drive profitable organic growth across the portfolio. Practice Innovation: Continuously evolve the integrated marketing practice by identifying emerging technologies, AI capabilities, modern search strategies, and new service offerings that strengthen Source Code's market differentiation and deliver greater client value. Executive Strategy & Client Counsel Senior Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior marketing leaders across the consumer tech portfolio, providing deep industry knowledge and guiding long-term partnerships. Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable outcomes. Integrated Strategy: Lead the development of integrated marketing programs that combine paid, earned, owned, shared, creative, analytics, AI, and emerging marketing capabilities into cohesive strategies that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with core earned media, content, and media strategy business units to seamlessly weave digital frameworks into standard communication playbooks, ensuring an all-encompassing client experience. Goal Alignment: Synthesize client objectives to establish clear business cases, campaign parameters, and internal performance benchmarks (KPIs) each quarter. Portfolio Management & Financial HealthP&L & Budget Ownership: Own the financial performance of the integrated marketing practice and consumer tech portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and overall P&L management. Resource Optimization: Optimize team capacity, utilization, and resource planning across the practice and portfolio to ensure efficient delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while maintaining high quality client outcomes. Integrated Business Planning: Partner with leadership to align integrated marketing with earned media and communications, ensuring clients receive cohesive, scalable programs that maximize business impact while supporting agency growth. Innovation & Operational Excellence Practice Innovation: Lead the evolution of Source Code's integrated marketing practice by identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies, AI driven workflows, marketing automation, and modern search capabilities that improve client outcomes and strengthen the agency's competitive advantage. Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes, delivery frameworks, and operational standards that support the continued growth of the integrated marketing practice and consumer tech portfolio while improving efficiency, consistency, and profitability. Cross Functional Operations: Partner with stakeholders across PR, creative, digital, measurement, media strategy and Client Services to remove operational barriers, improve collaboration, and create repeatable delivery models that enhance both the client and employee experience. Talent Development & Team Leadership Ecosystem Resourcing: Partner with HR and Operations to cultivate a world-class hybrid talent roster, building a balanced network of full-time team members and elite external vendors/production houses. Line Management: Directly manage, guide, and mentor a team of direct reports, taking responsibility for their professional goal setting, performance evaluations, and headcount forecasting. Staff Retention & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and people-first workplace culture. Proactively identify team challenges and work closely with HR to troubleshoot staff retention, training needs, and delivery issues. Performance Management: Exhibit professional accountability in your leadership relationships. Lead difficult staff conversations when necessary, while balancing team requests against commercial business realities. L&D Architecture: Collaborate with HR to draft an ongoing, agency-wide integrated marketing curriculum, upskilling standard PR cohorts in digital literacy to expand organic agency growth. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence Industry Leadership: Serve as an active brand ambassador for Source Code at external industry networking events, panel circuits, and judging committees, championing the agency's progressive vision of integrated storytelling. Perspectives & Insights: Develop and share original thought leadership that showcases Source Code's expertise across integrated marketing, AI, measurement, emerging search, and communications. Produce articles, research, presentations, and client insights that educate the market, reinforce the agency's differentiation, and generate commercial opportunities. How You'll Support Our Growth (Core Metrics)Your success will be measured through clear financial, client, and operational targets:Client Stability: Maintain an 80%+ client retention rate and deliver 80%+ client satisfaction scores across the consumer tech portfolio and integrated marketing practice. Ensure client loss due to performance is kept below 10%.Business Development: Support an agency-wide proposal win rate of 60%+ and source 1–2 viable new business leads per quarter via personal and professional networks. Portfolio Health: Maintain a balanced over-service (~15%) or under-service (~5%) ratio across accounts. Visibility: Establish an executive brand platform and participate in 1–2 industry speaking or networking opportunities per quarter.
