About the role

Seeking a full-time OSP Designer, the position will focus on supporting large-scale telecommunications projects for both OSP Fiber and Copper Networks, requiring site visits, network design, and collaboration with project teams, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities: Complete site visits and develop cost-efficient fiber/copper network route designs according to customer specifications Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce required documentation and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Manage engineering quality and compliance with design specifications while identifying and resolving design issues
Required qualifications: 3+ years of OSP Design engineering experience 1+ years of experience performing QC review on OSP Design packages Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD and GIS platforms Sound knowledge of fiber optic and copper network deployment principles
