About the role
Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)Manage strategic engagements while providing exceptional customer service on Windows 10 planning and migration projects Assume leadership on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders Develop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customer's current state of operations and recommendations for Windows 10 and/or Office 365 implementation Develop supporting documentation Maintain professional demeanor and appearance Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)Assess and Document customer's current Active Directory environments Assess and Design customer's future state Active Directory environment Document final As-Built state of customer's Active Directory Provide next day support for escalated incident response related to Active Directory design implementation Accurately document issue/resolution processes for other to follow. Take direction and complete assign migration activities independently. Follow written and verbal directions, providing feedback when the process does not work properly.
