About the role

Glint Tech Solutions LLC seeks a Sr. Manager / Director of Application Engineering to be the primary technical interface between customers and global engineering and manufacturing teams. You will lead customer-facing engineering activities across the product lifecycle, from connector selection and design support through validation, NPI, production launch, and post-launch issue resolution, coordinating cross-functional teams worldwide.
