About the role
- Post–high school education in a scientific field.
- Strength in math, science, and computer skills. Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, pharma/biotech, animal health, or other regulated settings.
- What's the environment like?
- Hands-on production inside a controlled cleanroom and manufacturing area.
- Comfort with varying temperatures and full PPE (Tyvek gowns and respirator).Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, grip, and handle equipment.
- Repetitive wrist/hand/finger movements as part of routine tasks.
- Regular lifting and carrying of about 5-25 pounds.
- Standard 40-hour workweek with overtime when needed.

- Practical aseptic processing and cleanroom operations. Operation of specialized manufacturing equipment. GMP documentation, lyophilization fundamentals, and vaccine production workflows.
