About the role

Our client is seeking a skilled Painter / Airbrush Artist to support the development and finishing of toys, figures, dolls, and accessories.
About the Role: This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience applying paint and finishes to small-scale products and components.
Responsibilities: Paint and finish toy figures, dolls, accessories, and other small-scale products. Apply base coats, color layers, details, and specialty finishes with precision. Use airbrush techniques to apply smooth, consistent base layers and color. Match colors and maintain consistency across products and components. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and priming as needed. Follow product specifications, color standards, and visual references. Perform touch-ups and corrections to ensure a high-quality finished product. Collaborate with designers, product developers, and other creative team members throughout the development process.
Qualifications: Hands-on experience painting toys, figures, dolls, miniatures, models, props, or similar products. Strong airbrushing and hand-painting skills. Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand. Understanding of paint application, color matching, blending, and finishing techniques. Ability to work with small-scale components and intricate details. Portfolio or examples of painting/airbrushing work preferred.
