- Assist with onboarding new hires in your office
- Communicate with Facilities department and property manager
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Oversee the overall cleanliness of the office
- Leader Support
- Manage and maintain the manager’s schedules
- Create weekly and monthly Sales reports
- Complete expense reports for manager
- Coordinate travel arrangements with TQL’s Travel TeamOther tasks as needed to help save leadership time
- Reception Support
- Greet and escort job applicants through their onsite interviews
- Prepare and distribute agendas for department meetings
- Screen incoming calls and transfer to appropriate individuals
- Pick up packages and mail, and distribute to the office
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, front of office, or related field
- High energy with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking, fast paced environment
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointAdaptable to changing priorities
