About the role

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven paid search professional to lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of high-impact search campaigns. In this role, you will translate broader digital strategy into tactical plans, deliver meaningful performance insights, and serve as a trusted client contact. You will also help develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
Responsibilities: Partner with Search Directors and Leads to develop campaign strategies and execute paid search plans aligned to business objectives. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant search partners. Own day-to-day client communications related to campaign performance, reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations. Create and deliver clear, polished virtual and in-person presentations that communicate strategy, performance, and next steps. Oversee client reporting, analysis, and performance storytelling to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional digital channel teams to support integrated, multi-channel media strategies. Develop points of view and recommendations in response to market changes, platform updates, and client needs. Coach, train, and delegate work to team members while providing constructive feedback and maintaining high-quality execution. Establish clear expectations, prioritize workloads, and help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience: Significant hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms. Experience with at least one bid-management platform, such as SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze performance data, identify actionable insights, and make informed optimization recommendations. Strong communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a media, advertising, or digital agency environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to develop compelling performance narratives and lead client-facing presentations. Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
