This company helps brands evaluate marketing effectiveness, uncover performance opportunities, and make better business decisions through advanced analytics, reporting, and measurement solutions. The Role: This position will play a critical role in helping clients understand the story behind their data. As the Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics, you will oversee reporting programs, guide analytical initiatives, and deliver strategic recommendations that improve marketing performance. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring reporting, measurement, and analytics projects are executed effectively. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analytics professionals.
Responsibilities include:
  • Owning client reporting programs and ensuring the successful delivery of dashboards and recurring performance reports
  • Interpreting campaign and marketing data to uncover actionable insights
  • Discovering opportunities to improve reporting effectiveness and measurement capabilities
  • Delivering data-backed recommendations to support business and marketing goals
  • Managing multiple reporting priorities across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Partnering with client services, media, planning, and technology teams to support strategic objectives
  • Presenting findings, trends, and recommendations during client and internal meetings
  • Coaching and developing analysts while supporting overall team growth
  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure analytical accuracy and high-quality execution
  • Establishing efficient processes that improve reporting consistency and scalability The Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience within marketing analytics, media analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or insights functions
  • Previous experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience developing dashboards and client-facing reporting solutions
  • Strong experience working with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehousing platforms
  • Experience with Funnel.io or comparable data integration and ETL tools
  • Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization and business intelligence platforms
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling, or marketing measurement frameworks preferred
  • Agency or client-facing analytics experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
