We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, delivering strong legal outcomes, and growing an expertise in personal injury law. This individual will play a key role in managing cases, communicating with clients, and contributing to the firm’s continued success. Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategy Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance Participate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearances Negotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
Requirements: A JD degree Admission to OR awaiting results for the New York Bar Have at least interned at a personal injury firm and/or insurance company Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple cases An ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bonus Experience: Bilingual in Spanish Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
