Position: Roofing Restoration Sales Representative (Commission Only) $100,000 - $250,000 realistic first-year earnings Location: Hiring for territories in multiple cities across WV, VA, NJ, NC, MD
Overview: Our client is one of the fastest growing restoration roofing companies in the Mid Atlantic. They help homeowners work with their insurance companies to get their storm damaged roof fully paid for and replaced for only the cost of their deductible.
What You Will Do:
  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
  • Identify potential roofing damage and educate homeowners on their options
  • Set up roof inspections for qualified properties
  • Work closely with a mentor and production team throughout the process
  • Build your own pipeline of insurance approved projects
Requirements:
  • Some sales experience such as door to door, in home, solar, roofing, or hospitality
  • Comfort with commission only compensation
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Ability to pass a basic background check
Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday 10am-6PM (Occasional weekends)
Compensation: 100 percent commission
