About the role

LHH is seeking a compensation professional for an opportunity with our client in Northern VA. This role is responsible for executive and corporate compensation programs, including executive pay, equity administration and annual compensation planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Support executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Assist with proxy compensation disclosures, including Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) support.
  • Oversee equity compensation administration, including grants, vesting, exercises, reporting, and participant communications.
  • Lead annual merit and bonus planning cycles, including budgeting, modeling, reporting, and manager guidance.
  • Serve as administrator for the Success
  • Factors compensation module, including configuration, reporting, testing, and user support.
  • Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain job architecture, salary structures, leveling frameworks, and job descriptions.
  • Develop compensation models, workforce analytics, and executive reporting to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations, governance requirements, and audit processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including executive compensation and equity administration. CCP, CEP, or related certification preferred. Master's degree preferred.
