As a leading expert in ultra-low temperature sterilization using Nitrogen Dioxide, are expanding our contract sterilization services, advancing strategic customer partnerships, and helping some of the world's leading life science companies bring innovative products to market. WHAT?The Director of Business Development will help drive the commercial expansion of a category-defining technology at a pivotal stage of growth. Working closely with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device leaders, this individual will identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and convert complex technical discussions into longterm commercial partnerships. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where results matter, initiative is rewarded, and every team member has visible impact on company performance. YOU!Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.7+ years of successful business development, account management, or technical sales experience. Demonstrated success selling into pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related life sciences markets
Skills:
Service sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools.
