About the role
Responsibilities
Understand business requirements in areas of Project Structuring, Project Planning (Time, Cost, Budgeting), Project Execution & Monitoring, Result/Variance Analysis, and perform “To-Be Process” mapping, Gap Analysis, KDS finalisation, and custom development object identification/RICEF list.
Finalize the requirements of each custom development object (RICEF); prepare and provide functional specifications to the Technical team for development.
Carry out functional configurations, prepare test scripts, and perform unit and development testing.
Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and perform integration testing.
Plan and provide training to core team members and users.
Manage master data and cut‑over data migration/upload.
Provide post‑go‑live support for issues faced by users.

Essential Requirements
SAP Experience – 6 to 9 years
E2E Implementation Projects – At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independently
Team Handling Experience – N/A
Desirable Requirements
Degree – Post Graduate/MBA
Certifications – SAP Certification
Domain Experience – 2 to 4 years
Industry Experience – Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry
GST Implementation Project(s) – N/A
HANA Migration Project(s) – 1
Roll‑out Project(s) – N/A
Offshore Support Project(s) – N/A
Onsite Support Project(s) – N/A
Technical Competencies
Experience in E2E onsite implementation projects
Ability to define organisational structure suiting business reporting & control requirements
Ability to perform process mapping, gap analysis, RICEF identification, and KDS finalisation
Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, conduct testing, and deliver designed processes
Ability to plan and handle data migration
Ability to provide training and post‑go‑live support
