Praca obejmuje nadzór nad zespołem 40–50 grafików i animatorów, optymalizację procesów, budżetowanie i egzekwowanie terminów. Wymagane jest doświadczenie w 2D/3D, pipeline’ach i komunikacja z liderem artu. Idealny kandydat ma 4–5 lat doświadczenia w gamingu, biegłość w Excel/Sheets, Jira, Spine oraz znajomość Claude i AI.
