Our multifaceted expertise is focused on the beauty and lifestyle sectors with clients including Clinique, Paul Mitchell, Prada Beauty, Rizos Curls, Remedy Skincare, numbuzin, FORVR Mood among others. @chasencreative Role Description As a Senior Account Manager (PR & Digital), you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing strategic communication plans, maintaining media and influencer relationships, securing paid partnership deals, contracts and execution, pitching and securing media coverage, overseeing event production when needed, leading a team and providing client reporting and analysis.
Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comprehensive experience in Beauty Public Relations Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering results Excellent writing and editing skills Ability to work proactively and lead a team Strong organizational and time management skills
Must Have: Extensive Beauty PR Experience, Strong Leadership Skills, Organization, Tenacity, Creativity.5+ years full-time working experience in Beauty PR.Agency experience and currently live in the NY Metropolitan area. Established relationships with top-tier media outlets including Byrdie, Allure, WWD, Glossy, Elle, Vogue, POPSUGAR, Cosmopolitan, Refinery 29, InStyle, The Wall Street Journal, etc. Established relationships with talent from the micro to macro and mega tiers - extensive knowledge of digital platforms and digital creator tracking databases.
General Responsibilities: Maintain solid beauty and business/trade editors and influencers in the beauty space Handle important client communications and continually raise the bar across all initiatives, press, influencer and experiential activations by running meetings and conference calls in a professional, educational and confident manner Maintain client relationships and expectations; delivering top notch assignments on time while managing project expectations Monitor media, beauty and general lifestyle trends; ensuring the team creates new strategies and pitch angles, and reports ever changing landscapes to clients Experience with influencer marketing including VIP mailers, partnerships, and events Oversee coverage platforms to increase analytic reporting for clients and campaigns Creative mindset, constantly churning out innovative ideas for projects and story angles Escalate client needs and expectations to leadership as needed Team Management: Create an inspiring workplace environment with an open communication culture Mentor, lead and guide a team of SAEs, AEs, and Coordinators with a positive attitude and professional tone Maintain organized team action item lists, delivering clear directive and expectations Delegate tasks and set deadlines; adjusting systems in place as needed Set and track clear team goals for team, while monitoring team performance Here are just a few reasons why you’ll love working at Chasen Creative Media: Work with an amazing team and top brands in the industry Beautiful offices for collaboration with colleagues and clients Competitive pay with opportunities for growth Generous and flexible PTO with 15 PTO days and Paid Holidays Summer Fridays Paid Winter Break between Christmas and New Year’s Day in addition to regular Paid-Time-Off (PTO) and paid holidays Paid medical, dental and vision insurance premium for employees; family coverage available Monthly Employee Wellness spend Fun and team-building events*Please note that the listed salary range is dependent on experience ($90,000-110,000)
