You are responsible for having excellent timeline management, business acumen, and professional communication skills. Travel is required a few times a month.Duties/Responsibilities:Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.Conduct high level technical discussions with engineering to increase new opportunities.Can obtain program information from a customer to manage production pipe line (supply & demand) or new business opportunity.Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsEngage proactively with current customers to identify and pursue additional sales opportunities across various offeringProvide first-level technical support to customers, including troubleshooting product-related issues and escalating complex cases to engineering.Conduct technical presentations or demos for customers to explain product features and capabilities.Understand semiconductor supplier and customer market environment including acquisitions to maintain Macnica's position in a distribution marketJob requirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Competent and comfortable in selling Solutions and engaging at Sr. Leadership and C-Suite within customersAbility to summarize all business opportunities both verbally and in writing.Ability to manage all internal/external email, phone call, or message without delay to keep our position strong in timely & professional manner.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.Comfortable working across departments to coordinate and fulfill customer needs.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and travel commitments.Ability to advocate for customer needs internally while balancing company goals.Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent travel and shifting priorities.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in related study or equivalent workplace experience2-7 years professional sales experienceRemoteNew York, New York, United States•Boston, Massachusetts, United States•Connecticut, Connecticut, United States•Maine, Maine, United States•Rhode Island, Rhode Island, United States•Vermont, Vermont, United States•New Hampshire, New Hampshire, United States•+6 moreMacnicaAll done!Your application has been successfully submitted!Other jobs
