About the role

GSK is seeking a capability and development leader for the Drug Product facility at the Marietta site. You will design and implement an end-to-end capability strategy, align with site leadership, and drive workforce onboarding and career pathways for Drug Product operations. You will partner with HR, quality, engineering, and GPS to deliver training, dashboards, and sustainment across manufacturing readiness, emphasizing on-the-job coaching and compliance with GMP standards.
