Executive AssistantRainmaker Hospitality is a hotel management company with a growing portfolio. We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our President and Vice President of Operations with high-trust, administrative support and analytical work such as data review, reporting and projects as needed. This role is ideal for someone who loves building order, spotting patterns and helping leaders move faster with better information.What You'll DoExecutive SupportManage schedules and meeting logistics as necessaryPrepare agendas, take notes, track action items and follow up to completionCommunicate with other corporate staff and hotel ownership from time to timeAnalytical and Project SupportReview and summarize operation and financial data (trends, variances, exceptions)Build and maintain simple dashboards/spreadsheets and recurring reportsSupport special projects (process improvement, rollouts, research, vendor comparisons, etc)Create clear, executive ready summaries and recommendationsOperational OrganizationMaintain organized, digital files and documentation (Sharepoint/Teams/OneDrive environment)Help standardize templates, trackers and recurring workflowsProtect confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRequired QualificationsStrong analytical skills, confident in excelExcellent written communication and ability to produce polished, concise summariesHigh discretion, professionalism and comfort working with senior leadershipStrong prioritization skills in a fast moving environmentThis is not a remote role, it will be based in Lexington, KYNo Recruiters PleasePlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
