About the role

Valmont Industries is seeking an Auto Robot Welding Lead for our Valley facility. The role partners with the Production Supervisor to run robotic welding, train staff, and fill in where needed in the Welding Shop. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, safety focus, and a drive for continuous improvement. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires strong communication, blueprint reading, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and on-time production.
