About the role
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Support recruiting efforts by tracking candidates and maintaining applicant data
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR systems with accuracy and discretion
- Assist with employee communications, engagement initiatives, and company events
- Monitor HR inboxes and respond to employee inquiries
- Support compliance, reporting, and other HR administrative functions
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and HR-related programs
- Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing HR projects
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- 1-3+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, administrative, or office support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible and responsive, with the ability to occasionally support business needs outside of standard working hours
