Busser team responsibilities:be the first to greet our tables with our courtesy chips and salsamaintain the restaurant's cleanlinessshow teamwork and communication with coworkerspositive attitudekeep guest areas clean and organizedhelp waiters to keep the Customer service areas clean and organizedhelp the waitress to prepare their tables for new customers once the service is completebe proactive and have the capability of working individually with the minimum supervisionkeep the busser team station clean and organizedrefill the chips and salsa of the busser team stationkeep the sense of urgencyafter the closing of the restaurant the busser team must be in charge of the cleaning of the restaurant in general and their station, as well as the common service areas and prepare the restaurant for a successful day!
