This role develops clear, compelling, and well?researched executive communications that advance organizational priorities and ensure alignment across key audiences. The Senior Manager partners closely with senior leaders and cross?functional teams to deliver consistent, strategic, and insight?driven communications that reinforce enterprise priorities. The role also strengthens enterprise message discipline by maintaining communication standards, supporting coordinated pull?through, and producing content that can be customized by business units and functional You Will Do:Provide Messaging LeadershipExecute a coordinated and measurable message pull?through strategy that ensures clarity, consistency and enterprise alignment.Manage and continuously improve standard work processes for executive communications, ensuring discipline and consistent execution.Manage the Leader Messaging Library, including content development, maintenance, and governance standards.Conduct rigorous research and craft high?impact executive materials such as keynote remarks, scripts, narratives, and other high?visibility communications, ensuring messages are insight and data?driven and tailored to all audiences.Translate complex business priorities into clear, concise communication that reflects executive voiceEnsure Executive Events and EngagementsProject management of communications content for major executive forums, ensuring messaging alignment and tailored for audiencesLead the development and management of stakeholder reporting standards, including performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadence.Build Operational RigorDevelop and maintain leadership communications tools and resources that support consistent, high-quality message development.Coordinate and maintain the integrated executive leader engagement calendar, ensuring alignment across communications touchpoints and enterprise priorities.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or strategic communications within a complex, matrixed expertise in executive-level writing, message development, and strategic storytelling.Proven ability to manage large-scale, high?visibility executive events and communication programs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.Experience working directly with senior executives and navigating high?stakes communications environments.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage enterprise-level calendars and workflows.Ability to translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort influencing without direct authority.Proficiency in communication tools, dashboards, content management systems, and reporting frameworks, including LinkedIn and Poppulo.What We Offer:Some of our competitive benefits package includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceThree weeks of vacation for newly hired employeesGenerous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution, including a Lifetime Income Strategy optionTuition reimbursement programStudent Loan Repayment ProgramLife insurance and disability coverageOptional coverages you can buy pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance,?critical illness?insurance, group legal, ID theft protectionBirth, adoption, parental leave benefitsOvia Health, fertility, and family planningAdoption AssistanceAutism BenefitEmployee Assistance Plan, including up to 10 free counseling sessionsHealthy You Incentives, wellness rewards programDoctor on Demand, virtual doctor visitsBright Horizons, child and elder care servicesTeladoc Medical Experts, second opinion programAnd more!
