About the role

Contract Therapist Position Haven Family Counseling is seeking contract therapists to work with children, adolescents, and their families. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, schools, outpatient offices, and via telehealth. This position is based in the Louisville metropolitan area. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and dedicated therapists to join our team. Qualified applicants will demonstrate: Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical practice Technical skills necessary to provide services via telehealth Openness to providing services in a variety of settings (e.g., office, schools, homes)Ability to work with individuals and families facing multiple challenges Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team Effective time management and documentation skills
Qualifications: Master's degree in a human services or related field Independently licensed or practicing under supervision in accordance with Kentucky regulations Active professional liability insurance Licensure may include LCSW, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, MFTA, LCADC, LPATCompensation and Support Competitive pay Performance-based bonuses Assistance with clinical supervision expenses Administrative and billing support Access to professional office space and electronic health records Ongoing supervision and training Additional incentives for bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists Weekly pay Boys & Girls Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
